Plaintiff LOUIS COFFARO’s Motion to Compel Defendant OWEN CARTON’s Further Discovery Responses is GRANTED.

Defendant CARTON is ordered to serve full and complete, verified responses to Form Interrogatories (Set One), Interrogatory Nos. 15.1 and 17.1; Special Interrogatories (Set One), Interrogatory Nos. 1-3; and Requests for Production of Documents (Set One), Request Nos. 1-5, no later than April 26, 2019. Where information has been redacted or withheld based on a claim of privilege or protected work product, a privilege log must be served. Code Civ. Proc. § 2031.240(c).

Plaintiff’s request for monetary sanctions is GRANTED in the amount of $1,600. Defendant CARTON is ordered to pay this amount no later than April 26, 2019.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court, pursuant to Rule 3.1308(a)(1), adopted by Local Rule 3.10, effective immediately, and no formal order pursuant to Rule 3.1312 or any other notice is required as the tentative ruling affords sufficient notice to the parties.
