In a minute order dated January 31, 2018, this court set this Order to Show Cause (“OSC”) re: Why case BC677936 should not be transferred to Department 19 as originally assigned. The court ordered that any response to the OSC be filed and served in Department 1 no later than five court days before the hearing.

In its order the court had noted that through clerical error the matter erroneously had been forwarded to Judge Richard E. Rico in Department 17, although upon its filing the case instead had been assigned to Judge Stephanie Bowick in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk courthouse.

No response to the OSC has been received by this court.

Pursuant to its LASC Local Rule 3.2 authority to assign cases, and with no objections raised thereto, the Court orders case BC677936 transferred to Judge Bowick in Department 19 of the Stanley Mosk courthouse as originally assigned.
