TENTATIVE RULING

The court has not received a default package from Plaintiff relative to the defaulted parties Gustavo Sandrigo (default entered on 7/3/2017); Abigail Sandrigo aka Debora Ovalle aka Debora Abigail Sandrigo (default entered on 7/31/2017) and Vision 2000 Investment Group, a California Corporation (default entered on 7/3/2017). Pursuant to CRC 3.110(h) the default package was due 45 days after the defaults were entered. While Plaintiff and attorney for default parties appeared on 12/19/2017 and advised that they were working on a settlement, the court has received no notice of settlement of the entire action. Accordingly Plaintiff is ordered to file a Notice of Settlement of the Entire Action or a default package compliance with CRC 3.1800 by 3/15/2018 or pay $250 sanctions for violation of CRC 3.110(h). If there are no steps taken to finalize this action the court will issue terminating sanctions. OSC regarding terminating sanctions is set for 322/2018 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 46.
