By prior order the Case Management Conference was continued to 5/9/2018 at 8:30 a.m.

Motion to Compel Responses to Special Interrogatories is Granted pursuant to CCP §2030.290(b). Defendant Chris Martin, Jr. is ordered to provide verified, full and complete responses to the Special Interrogatories served on 10/27/2017 without objection within 10 days and pay monetary sanctions of $760 within 30 days. Sanctions are ordered pursuant to CCP §2030.290(c).

Motion to Compel Responses to Plaintiff’s First Set of Form Interrogatories is Granted pursuant to CCP §2030.290(b). Defendant Chris Martin, Jr. is ordered to provide verified, full and complete responses to the First Set of Form Interrogatories served on 10/27/2017 without objection within 10 days and pay monetary sanctions of $760 within 30 days. Sanctions are ordered pursuant to CCP §2030.290(c).

Motion to Compel Responses to Requests for Production served on 10/27/2017 is granted pursuant to CCP §2031.300. Defendant Chris Martin, Jr. is ordered to provide a code-compliant verified, full and complete statement of compliance with the request for production and produce all responsive documents without objection within 10 days and pay monetary sanctions of $760 within 30 days. Sanctions are ordered pursuant to CCP §2031.300(c).

Motion to Deem Requests for Admission served on Defendant Chris Martin on 10/27/2017 Admitted is GRANTED. Each of the RFA’s which are requested to be admitted in the 10/27/2017 Requests for Admissions is deemed admitted and no other proof shall be required to establish such facts. This order is made pursuant to CCP §2033.280(b). Sanctions in the amount of $760 are ordered pursuant to be paid by Chris Martin within 30 days pursuant to CCP §2033.280(c).

Sanctions are granted as to each motion based upon the preparation time of 2 hours attorney time at $350 per hour plus motion fees. These motions do not justify the higher sanction award requested as they are basically copies of each other with code sections changed and Plaintiff filed a consolidated declaration in support of all four motions. Further, the motions were not opposed.
