OSC Re: Submission of Default Judgment is set for hearing on 3/26/2018 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 46. If the defaults are set aside prior to the date, 3/26/2018 shall also serve as a continued Case Management Conference.

The matter is not ready for trial setting as both defendants were defaulted on 12/27/2017. Based upon the defaults, the Answer to the Complaint filed by Defendants is ordered stricken. Defendants must first make a motion to set aside the defaults or the parties have to stipulate and have the court order said default be set aside and the Answer reinstated before the matter can move forward.

Until the defaults are set aside, the matter is in default. Plaintiffs are ordered to file the requisite default package on this case as required by CRC 3.1800
