An appearance is overdue as to Management and GP. There is no proof of service as to First Picks Bread Company IX, L.P. (“IX”), First Picks Bread Company X, L.P. (“X”); or First Picks Bread Company XI, L.P. (“XI”).

Plaintiff is ordered to secure an appearance by “Management” and “GP” or file a Request for Entry of Default and to file a proof of service as to “IX,” “X,” and “XI” by 4/13/2018 or pay monetary sanctions of $250 pursuant to CRC 2.30 for violation of CRC 3.110(b) and/or (g).
