Plaintiff’s Motion for Order Deeming Requests for Admission Admitted as ti defendant Thomas Dorocatherin aka Dorotcatherin Thomas aka Catherine Thomas is unopposed and is granted unless the defendant serves responses to the requests before the hearing that are in substantial compliance with CCP 2033.200.

If compliant responses are served before the hearing the moving party shall inform the court clerk forthwith.

Defendant is ordered to pay sanctions to plaintiff in the in the reasonable amount of $260 (one hour plus filing fee), on or before February 16, 2018. CCP 2033.280(c).
