Self-represented Plaintiff’s Motion for Order that Requests for Admissions (Set One) to Self-represented Defendant Dale Hoffman Hamad Be Deemed Admitted is unopposed and is GRANTED. The request for imposition of monetary sanctions is also GRANTED. Code of Civil Procedure sections 2033.280, 2023.010.

The Court is required to make this order deeming the requests for admissions admitted, as defendant has failed to respond to the requests for admission served upon him, unless defendant Dale Hoffman Hamad serves on plaintiff, and files with the court, before the hearing on the motion, his verified responses to the requests for admission, without objections.

Monetary sanctions in the amount of $99.00, representing $99 in reasonable costs shall be paid by defendant to self-represented plaintiff not later than Monday, Feb. 20, 2018.
