Defendant’s three (3) Motions to Compel Responses by Plaintiff to Form and Special Interrogatories, and Demand for Inspection and Production of Documents; Request for Sanctions, filed on 10/1/18, are GRANTED.

Plaintiff is ordered to provide verified responses without objection to all the foregoing discovery served by Defendant within 10 days. Cal Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290.

The court imposes total sanctions for all three motion in the amount of $755 in favor of Defendant, and against Plaintiff, Leticia Alfaro, and her attorney of record, David M. Shaby II, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
