Plaintiff Bank of the Ozarks’ (“Plaintiff”) motion to compel defendant in pro per Satnam Singh (“Defendant”) to provide responses to Plaintiff’s first set of form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and demands for production is UNOPPOSED and is GRANTED. The related motion to deem matters admitted will be addressed

separately, below.

Defendants shall serve verified responses, without objections, to Plaintiff’s first set of form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and demands for production no later than December 10, 2018.

Plaintiff’s motion to deem matters admitted is UNOPPOSED and is GRANTED. The Court is required to make this order deeming the requests for admissions admitted, unless Defendant serves on Plaintiff’s counsel and file with the Court, before the hearing on the motion, verified responses to the requests for admission, without objections.

There was no request for sanctions. Hence, none are awarded.

Plaintiff has indicated the incorrect address in its notice of motion. The correct address for Department 53 of the Sacramento County Superior Court is 813 6th Street, Sacramento, California 95814. Plaintiff shall notify Defendant immediately.

The notice of motion does not provide notice of the Court’s tentative ruling system as required by Local Rule 1.06(D). Counsel is ordered to notify Defendant immediately of the tentative ruling system and to be available at the hearing, in person or by telephone, in the event Defendant appears without following the procedures set forth in Local Rule 1.06(B).

This minute order is effective immediately. No formal order pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1312 or further notice is required.
