Cross-Complainant’s motions to compel further responses are denied without prejudice as MOOT based upon representations and evidence showing that supplemental responses were served after the date the subject motions were filed. If Cross-Defendant’s responses are insufficient, Cross-Complainant reserves the right to file motions to compel further as to those supplemental responses.

Cross-Defendant and its counsel of record are ORDERED to pay Cross-Complainant and its counsel of record, sanctions in the total amount of $1,275.00 ($365/hr. x 3 hrs.) + ($180 costs) no later than 20 days from the Court’s issuance of this Order.
