The Court imposes sanctions of $380.00 against Plaintiff, Robert Powell, and his counsel of record, Andrew Aukland, Esq., for the failure to provide verified responses to an authorized method of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
