On the Court’s own motion, this matter, along with the matters listed below, are CONTINUED to MAY 3, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in this department in order for the Sonoma County Court to first hear the Receiver’s Petition to Appoint a Neutral Personal Representative, or in the alternative, to Remove Special Administrator.

· 3/29/2018 – Walker’s Motion to Vacate Order Appointing Receiver

· 4/9/2018 – Walker’s Motion for Order Dispensing Undertaking, or Fixing Amount and for Temporary Stay

· 4/9/2018 – Receiver’s Motion Authorizing Receiver’s Engagement of Professionals Relating Back to Dates of engagements

· 4/13/2018 – Receiver’s Motion to Set Aside Order Appointing Special Administrator

All opposition and reply deadlines shall remain based on the original hearing dates of the above motions, and not the continued hearing date. The continuance shall not be construed as allowing the parties to submit additional briefing that is not permitted by the Code of Civil Procedure, Rules of Court or Local Rules.

By no later than April 18, 2018, Receiver shall file and serve a written update on the outcome/status of the Receiver’s Petition to Appoint a Neutral Personal Representative, or in the alternative, to Remove Special Administrator.
