The moving party’s request is to be allowed to deposit the funds and be discharged from liability is GRANTED.

The Court finds that Petitioner Quality Loan Service Corporation has complied with all the notice and other procedural requirements of Civil Code § 2924j(c) and (d).

Funds of $3,013.47 have not been deposited as of this date. Petitioner is to deposit the funds within 10 days of receipt of this order.

A hearing to determine the disposition of funds is set for April 10, 2018, at 8:30 a.m., in Department 77. Each claimant must file a written claim within 30 days of this order; the written claim should include a declaration setting forth the basis for the claim of ownership or interest. CC § 2924j(d). All claimants must also personally appear at the April 10, 2018 disbursement hearing. If no claims or appearances are made, the matter will be set for an OSC re: Escheating Funds. CCP § 128 and Government Code § 68084.1.

Petitioner is ordered to give notice of this order and the disbursement hearing on all parties, potential claimants, and interested parties. Upon deposit of the funds to the court and filing of the proof of service of the notice of disbursement hearing, Petitioner shall be discharged of further responsibility for the disbursement of sale proceeds. CC § 2924j(c).
