JORGE CAMACHO‘S MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING ATTENDANCE AT DEPOSITION OF DEFENDANTS KATHERINE DOLOROES YACKEL AND THE PERSON MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE AT PRESTIGE AUTO BODY AND REQUEST FOR MONETARY SANCTIONS TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiff’s unopposed motion to compel the deposition of Defendants Katherine Dolores Yackel and the person most knowledgeable at Prestige Auto Body is GRANTED. The parties are ordered to appear for deposition no later than December 21, 2018.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is GRANTED in the amount of $700, to be paid to Plaintiff within 21 days of this order.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter, counsel for Plaintiff shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.
