Defendants’ Two (2) Motions to Compel Plaintiff to Serve Verified Responses to Supplemental Interrogatories and Supplemental Demand for Inspection and Production of Documents; Request for Sanctions, filed on 10/17/18, are GRANTED.

Plaintiff, Louis Georgopoulos, is ordered to provide verified responses without objection within 10 days to the foregoing discovery served by Defendant. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290.

There is no opposition showing substantial justification for the failure to provide verified responses. The court imposes total sanctions of $1,120.00 for all motions against Plaintiff, Louis Georgopoulos, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
