Analysis
Lynnelle Williams, CEO for WillBridge of S. B., sought a Civil Harassment Restraining Order against Derrick Colvin; listed as additional protected persons Christina Patino; Pamela Richardson; Marjorie Brandon; and Sheila Burke, all of whom are residents.
As a basis for the application she provided a long list of harassment incidents over a significant period of time; Derrick signed an agreement on January 10, 2019, indicating that he would not harass, annoy, bother, sex-talk, catcalls, and/or disrespect women residents, staff and their families; but on 7/15/19 one of the persons seeking protection reported that Derrick deliberately came to her door and would not leave which was the catalyst to the current situation before the court; each incident listed was reported by the specific resident listed – Derrick’s inappropriate behavior, disrespect and substance abuse has been addressed by WillBridge staff, Office Keld Hove and Board Member Bob Casey.
On 7/17 the Commissioner signed and dated a TCHRO to expire on 8/6/19 essentially granting the relief requested.
