Since it appears the judgment debtor has understated his/her monthly income, since the court is not persuaded that all of the earnings of the judgment debtor are necessary for his/her support and since it appears that several of the claimed monthly expenses are excessive, the claim of exemption is GRANTED in that the Sheriff is directed to withhold $75 per pay period, up to $150 per month, from the judgment debtor’s earnings and to return to the judgment debtor forthwith all funds withheld in excess of that amount.

The employer may send one payment of $150 per month to avoid unnecessary administrative expenses. (Code Civ. Proc. §706.025.)
