MOTION TO COMPEL PLAINTIFF’S RESPONSE TO FIRST SET OF SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES AND REQUEST FOR MONETARY SANCTIONS BY DONALD MANDELL TENTATIVE RULING:

The Motion of Defendant Donald Mandell to Compel Plaintiff Pamela A. Bernstein’s Response to First Set of Special Interrogatories and Request for Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED. Plaintiff is to serve her responses, without objections, to Defendant’s First Set of Special Interrogatories on or before February 1, 2019.

Sanctions are also GRANTED IN PART against Plaintiff and Plaintiff’s counsel in the amount of $760.00, payable by February 15, 2019.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter, counsel for Defendant shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.
