PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES TO PLAINTIFF’S FORM INTERROGATORIES, SET ONE, SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES, SET ONE, AND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS, SET ONE TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses to Plaintiff’s Form Interrogatories, Set One, Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Request for Production of Documents, Set One, is GRANTED. Defendant’s service of amended responses, subsequent to Plaintiff’s attempt to meet and confer and to the filing of the motion to compel, does not moot the motion. Defendant is ordered to provide supplemental responses within ten days of this order.

Defendant is further ordered to provide a full response to Form Interrogatory 12.4, requesting information regarding photographic and video evidence, and to provide verified responses to the discovery requests. To the extent that Defendant has already provided supplemental verified responses, it may respond accordingly.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is GRANTED, in part, in the amount of $1,749.50, pursuant to CCP § 2030.300.
