TENTATIVE RULING

The matter is on calendar for review of Respondent’s supervised visits at Rally. The Court did not receive any new declarations from either party. The Court makes the following findings and orders:

1. The Court maintains the previous order granting Mother sole legal and physical custody of the minor child.

2. The presumption against Father’s custody pursuant to Family Code Section 3044 has not been

rebutted.

3. All of Father’s visits must be supervised, either by Rally, or by Oneeka Bell or by Gregory Bell if

either is willing to be the supervisor. Father must contact the Court to obtain a new referral to Rally.
