REQUEST FOR ORDER FOR MODIFICATION OF CHILD CUSTODY, VISITATION *FILED PURSUANT TO LITIGANT’S REQUEST*

TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter. After full consideration of these matters, and for good cause shown, the Court makes the following findings and orders:

1. Petitioner’s request to change the exchange time when school is not in session is DENIED. Petitioner may drop off the child at 7:40 a.m. on his custodial days when school is not in session.
2. Petitioner’s request to change the exchange location is DENIED.

3. Petitioner’s request to modify the 7/29/16 orders regarding summer schedule is DENIED.

4. The 7/29/16 order for summer vacation is modified. Each parent shall continue to have ten (10) and no more than ten consecutive days with the minor child for summer vacation each year and may travel internationally with the minor child by agreement of the parents, or by court order if the parents are unable to reach an agreement. Petitioner may take his ten consecutive days in the first half of the summer vacation within the period from the last day of school to July 10th. Respondent may take her ten consecutive days in the second half of the summer vacation within the period from July 11th to the first day of school.

5. All previous orders remain in full force and effect.

6. Counsel for Respondent shall prepare the order.
