Plaintiff’s motion to compel Defendant’s further responses to form interrogatories (set two) is UNOPPOSED and is GRANTED.

The Court is aware per Defendant’s non-opposition, that unverified further responses were served vial mail on 2/6/2018; nonetheless, a motion is “made” when it is filed and served. (CCP § 1005.5.) Because Plaintiff made the motion before Defendant served any further responses, Plaintiff entitled to a ruling. Plaintiff, however, need not re-serve the discovery responses. The Court makes no determination regarding the sufficiency of Plaintiff’s responses. Defendant shall serve a verification by no later than March 19, 2018.

Sanctions are denied because the motion is unopposed.
