Defendants California Contractors State License Board and California State Franchise Tax Board’s (collectively “Defendants”) motion for leave to file an amended answer is DENIED without prejudice.

Defendants seek leave to file an amended answer to assert the defense of unclean hands.

Trial is scheduled for 3/26/2018.

The motion is denied because Defendants’ counsel’s declaration fails to comply with the mandatory provisions of CRC Rule 3.1324(b).
