REVIEW HEARING RE: FATHER’S PARENTING TIME

TENTATIVE RULING

The matter is on calendar for review of Respondent’s visitation and receipt of Tier 2 evaluation. Petitioner also filed a Request for Order to terminate the Domestic Violence Restraining Order. That motion was continued at the parties’ request from 3/14/18 to 4/11/18 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 403.

The Court has read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter. After full consideration of these matters, and for good cause shown, the Court makes the following findings and orders:

1. Petitioner’s request to modify the parenting time schedule is DENIED. The previous order from

9/14/17 remains in full force and effect.

2. Counsel for Respondent shall prepare the order.
