Ford’s Motion to Compel Further Responses to Requests for Production, Set No. One, served on 11/7/2017, is GRANTED pursuant to CCP §2030.300. Plaintiff is ordered to serve on Ford full and complete verified further responses to requests for production and produce all responsive documents and a Code-compliant statement of compliance, all without objection, within 20 days. Plaintiff is ordered to pay monetary sanctions of $960 to Ford within 30 days pursuant to CCP §2030.300(c).

Ford’s Motions to Compel Further Responses to Form Interrogatories, Set No. One and Special Interrogatories, Set No. One, both served on Plaintiff on 11/7/2017, are GRANTED pursuant to CCP §2030.290. Plaintiff is ordered to serve on Ford verified full and complete answers to all interrogatories without objection within 20 days. Plaintiff is also ordered to pay monetary sanctions to Ford in the sum of $460 within 30 days pursuant to CCP §2030.290(c)

Ford’s Motion to Deem Matters Admitted is GRANTED pursuant to CCP §2033.280. All Requests for Admissions served on Plaintiff on 11/7/2017 are deemed admitted. Plaintiff is ordered to pay monetary sanction in the sum of $460 to Ford within 30 days.
