The motion of plaintiffs Teresita C. Balocating, et al., for an order compelling the deposition of defendant Lillian Trapse Sisayan, and production of documents requested in the Notice of Deposition without objection, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure sections 2025.010, 2025.450 and 2031.300(a), is unopposed and is granted.

The plaintiffs’ concurrent request for sanctions pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure sections 2023.010, 2023.030(a) and 2025.450(g) is granted in the amount of $1,060, comprised of 2 hours of attorneys’ time at an hourly rate of $500 and the $60.00 motion fee.

Absent objection at or before the hearing on this motion, the court intends to issue the proposed order lodged by the plaintiffs. The court intends to require the meet and confer process for setting the deposition schedule to be completed within 10 days of the issuance of the order, and the deposition to be commenced within 30 days of the order.
