Defendant DJ Apartment, LLC’s unopposed motions are granted. Plaintiff is ordered to provide verified responses without objections to Form Interrogatories, Set One, Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Demands for Production, Set One. The matters specified in Requests for Admission, Set One, are deemed admitted. Plaintiff and his counsel are jointly and severally ordered to pay monetary sanctions to Defendant, by and through counsel, in the amount of $1,380. Defendant is ordered to provide notice of this order. Plaintiff is ordered to serve his responses, and Plaintiff and his counsel are ordered to pay the monetary sanctions, within twenty days of notice of this order.
