1. Motion for Order Compelling Further Responses to Form Interrogatories:

The motion to compel further responses, without objections, to Form Interrogatory No. 15.1 is GRANTED. Defendant is ordered to provide further responses that comply with Code within 15 days.

As reflected in Plaintiff’s reply papers, the parties have resolved the other discovery issues raised in the moving papers. Those issues are therefore MOOT.

2. Motion for Order Compelling Further Responses to Special Interrogatories:

The motion to compel further responses, with objections, to Special Interrogatory No. 18 is GRANTED. Defendant is ordered to provide further responses that comply with Code within 15 days.

As reflected in Plaintiff’s reply papers, the parties have resolved the other discovery issues raised in the moving papers. Those issues are therefore MOOT.

Defendant S.A.N. Nutrition is sanctioned in the amount of $3,635 for failure to make discovery which amount is due and payable within 30 days.

3. Motion for Order Compelling Further Responses to Requests for Production:

This motion is moot.
