The court grants the motion of Ahmed Salama to compel Buffalo Maintenance, Inc. to respond to Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for Production of Documents (Set 2). Verified responses without objection to the foregoing discovery are due within 14 days of notice of this order.

The court also GRANTS Salama’s motion to deem facts admitted against Buffalo Maintenance, Inc. All requests for admission in Set 2 are deemed admitted.

Sanctions of $549.50 for each of the four motions are issued jointly and severally against Buffalo Maintenance, Inc. and its counsel, Chambers, Noronha & Kubota, payable within 30 days of notice of this order.
