[TENTATIVE] ORDER ON PLAINTIFF JOSE MARTINEZ’S MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES TO PLAINTIFF JOSE MARTINEZ’S FIRST SET OF FORM INTERROGATORIES AND SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES AND REQUEST FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST DEFENDANT MIGUEL MEDINA AND COUNSEL; GRANTED

Plaintiff Jose Martinez’s motion to compel further responses by Miguel Medina to Jose Martinez’s first set of form interrogatories and special interrogatories, filed on November 2, 2018, is granted. Defendant filed no opposition. Defendant is to file Code compliant responses with verification, within twenty days of the date of this order.

Plaintiff’s request for sanctions is granted. The court orders sanctions against Defendant Miguel Medina and counsel of record, jointly and severally, in the some of $510 payable to Plaintiff by February 21, 2019.
