PLAINTIFFS ANGELO SPILIOTIS, HELEN LAW, AND STANLEY SPILIOTIS’ MOTION FOR AN ORDER ENFORCING STIPULATION OF SETTLEMENT CCP 664.6 TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiffs ANGELO SPILIOTIS; HELEN LAW; and STANLEY SPILIOTIS’ Motion for Order Enforcing Stipulated Settlement is GRANTED pursuant to Code Civ. Proc. § 664.6.

Defendant LEONORA SPILIOTIS is ordered to comply with the terms of the Stipulation for Settlement entered into by the parties on September 24, 2018 (Decl. Samara, Exhibit A), and cooperate with the immediate sale of the property located at 2816 Juniper Street, San Mateo, CA 94403.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter, counsel for Plaintiffs shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.
