Defendant’s six unopposed motions to compel Plaintiffs’ responses to Form and Special Interrogatories, Request for Production of Documents and, for an Order Establishing Admissions and for Sanctions, filed on 3/11/14 are GRANTED. CCP § 2030.290; § 2031.300. Plaintiffs are ordered to provide verified responses without objection within 20 days.
The motions to deem admitted Defendant’s Request for Admissions served on each Plaintiff are GRANTED. The court imposes sanctions against Plaintiffs and their counsel and in favor of Defendant in the total amount of $2,010 for all motions.
