Motion by Defendants for Order Compelling Answers to Special Interrogatories; also a  Motion by Defendants for Order Compelling Production:

Defendants New Albertson’s Inc. and Supervalu, Inc.’s Motion to Compel Plaintiff Neil Rothfeld to Provide Further Responses to Defendants’ First Set of Special Interrogatory, No. 1, is GRANTED.  Plaintiff is to provide a further response, without objections, and properly verified within 14-days.

The Motion for Order Compelling Further Responses and Production for Defendants’ Requests for Production is also granted. Plaintiff is ordered to provide further responses, and production without objections, properly verified within 14 days.

Plaintiff and his attorneys of record are sanctioned in the amount of $2,620.00 total for both motions which is due within 45 days.
