Plaintiff’s application for Writ of Possession is UNOPPOSED and is GRANTED.

This is an action for breach of a number of loan agreements. Defendants are Gennady Rasumovsky, individually and dba Haven Express. Defendants granted a security interest in certain vehicles as collateral. Plaintiff recorded a security interest in the vehicles. Defendants defaulted on the loan. The total balance owed is $122,570.26.

Plaintiff now desires a writ of possession on the vehicles.

As the record establishes that Defendant Haven Express has no interest in the vehicles given that the amount owed exceeds the value of the vehicles, Plaintiff is not required to file an undertaking.

The amount Defendant Haven Express must post as an undertaking to stay delivery or regain possession pursuant to

Code of Civil Procedure section 512.020 is $106,140.52. (CCP § 515.020(a).)

The Court will sign the proposed order. Pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1312, Plaintiff to submit a proposed writ of possession on the mandatory judicial council forms.
