On 9/24/19 a TRO was signed in this case providing inter alia personal conduct orders, stay-away orders and move-out orders; set for hearing and on 10/15; the temporary EPO this Court granted was to expire on 10/15 in favor Emily and three minor children; contained personal conduct, stay-away, move out orders and Sonny shall not distribute, disseminate or otherwise publish any private, intimate images or videos he may possess of her, through but not limited to text message, email, or social media.

An affidavit of unsuccessful service was filed 10/9.

On 10/15 the Court said the case cannot go forward but the Court said all orders were to remain in full force and effect pending another hearing date; set November 5, 2019, at 10:30am for hearing.
