Plaintiff Strategic Funding Source, Inc .’s request for sanctions is GRANTED. Law Offices of Neil C. Evans are ordered to pay $1,309 to Mortgage Recovery Law Group LLP within 30 days of this order.

However, if Plaintiff and Hassan submit on this tentative ruling, there will be no need for appearances at the hearing and the Court will reduce the sanctions awarded to 2 hours of attorney time at $300 per hour and 1.4 hours of paralegal time at $185 per hour for a total award of $859 in sanctions in favor of Mortgage Recovery Law Group LLP and against Law Offices of Neil C. Evans.

Plaintiff Strategic Funding Source, Inc.’s motion to compel responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One, and Form Interrogatories, Set One, is GRANTED unless Hassan serves responses, without objection, that comply with CCP §§ 2030.210-2030.240 by September 11, 2019. Unless they are already served by September 11, 2019, complete code-compliant responses are due, without objection, within 10 days of this order.

Plaintiff Strategic Funding Source, Inc .’s request for sanctions is GRANTED. Law Offices of Neil C. Evans are ordered to pay $1,198 to Mortgage Recovery Law Group LLP within 30 days of this order.

However, if Plaintiff and Hassan submit on this tentative ruling, there will be no need for appearances at the hearing and the Court will reduce the sanctions awarded to 2 hours of attorney time at $300 per hour and 0.8 hours of paralegal time at $185 per hour for a total award of $748 in sanctions in favor of Mortgage Recovery Law Group LLP and against Law Offices of Neil C. Evans.
