Plaintiffs’ motion for an order enforcing their written settlement agreement with
Defendant pursuant to CCP § 664.6 is UNOPPOSED and GRANTED.

Defendant breached its payment obligation under the settlement agreement.
Accordingly, Plaintiffs are entitled to entry of a judgment.

The minute order is effective immediately. No formal order pursuant to CRC 3.1312 is
required.

Plaintiffs are directed to submit for the court’s signature a stand-alone judgment
identical to the one attached to the Doumit Declaration as an exhibit.
