4. Plaintiff E-Z Storage-Pico, L.P.’s Motion for Order Establishing Admissions; Request for Sanctions is GRANTED. The Request for Admissions are deemed admitted as of this date. CCP § 2033.280. The Court finds Defendant’s failure to respond a misuse of the discovery process. CCP § 2023.010(d). Defendant is ordered to pay sanctions to Plaintiff and its attorney of record in the amount of $188.25 within 30 days. CCP §§ 2023.030 and 2033.420.
