TENTATIVE RULING

Plaintiff has not complied with the court order 2/1/2018 to file a proof of service as to defendants. Plaintiff is ordered to pay sanctions of $250 for failure to comply with prior order to file proof of service by 2/22/2018. The court has received no declaration showing good cause as to why service has not been made on defendants. Plaintiff and counsel for Plaintiff are ordered to pay an additional $350 sanctions if a valid proof of service is not filed by 3/22/2018. OSC regarding further sanctions or dismissal is set for hearing on 3/29/2018 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 46.
