BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.’S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST PLAINTIFF’S ACER AND MILDRED PARCO PURSUANT TO CCP 128.7 TENTATIVE RULING:

Defendant BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.’s unopposed Motion for Sanctions pursuant to Code Civ. Proc. § 128.7 is GRANTED. Plaintiffs ACER PARCO and MILDRED PARCO are ordered to pay Defendant $10,190.00 in monetary sanctions. Payment must be made no later than fifteen (15) days after notice of entry of the Court’s Order on this motion.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court, pursuant to Rule 3.1308(a)(1), adopted by Local Rule 3.10, effective immediately, and no formal order pursuant to Rule 3.1312 or any other notice is required as the tentative ruling affords sufficient notice to the parties.
