DEFENDANT LORIG’S MOTION TO COMPEL PLAINTIFF’S DEPOSITION

Defendant’s unopposed motion to compel Plaintiff’s deposition is granted. Plaintiff is ordered to appear for deposition at a mutually agreeable time within 20 days of notice of this order. Plaintiff and her attorney Bob Khakshooy are jointly and severally ordered to pay sanctions in the amount of $1,437.50 to Plaintiff, by and through counsel, within 20 days of notice of this order. Defendant is ordered to provide notice of this order.
