PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: CONTEMPT TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiffs’ Motion for Order to Show Cause Re: Contempt is GRANTED pursuant to Code of Civ. Proc. Section 1212. Defendant Leonora Spiliotis is ordered to appear on May 28, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to show cause why she should not be adjudged guilty of contempt of court and punished accordingly. Plaintiffs’ are ordered to personally serve this order upon Defendant.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter, counsel for Plaintiffs shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.
