TENTATIVE RULING

The court has now received a default judgment package and supplemental declarations and statement of facts, all of which comply with the requirements of CRC 3.1800.

The court has reviewed the declarations and summaries as well as the Complaint in this matter and concludes from the detailed statements of fact and evidence that Plaintiff is entitled to an award against defendants, jointly and severally, of principal in the sum of $97,000, prejudgment interest in the sum of $14,787 plus $18.60 per day from 1/17/2018 and costs of suit in the sum of $596.

Total judgment shall be in the sum of $112,383.00 plus interest at $18.60 per day from the date of 1/17/2018.

The proposed judgment is approved as to form. The court has signed the judgment. The clerk is directed to enter the judgment and send a conformed copy of the judgment to counsel in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. Other arrangements may be necessary to retrieve conformed copies of the rest of the judgment package.

As the judgment is approved, no appearance is required on 4/2/2018.
