Three (3) Motions by Defendant, Transdev Services, Inc., for Order Compelling Responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One; Special Interrogatories, Set One; and Request for Production of Documents, Set One; Request for Sanctions, filed on 3/26/19, are GRANTED.

Plaintiff, Betty Cline, is ordered to provide verified responses without objection to the foregoing discovery without objections within ten (10) days. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290.

Untimely responses result in a waiver of objections. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2030.290(a), § 2031.300(a).

The court imposes total sanctions for all three motions of $1,060.00 against Plaintiff, Betty Cline, and her counsel of record, David Azizi, Esq. of Law Offices of David Azizi, for the failure to respond to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
