Demand for Inspection and Production of Documents are granted. CCP § 2030.290; § 2031.300. Defendants are ordered to provide verified responses without objection within 20 days.

The motion to deem admitted Plaintiff’s Request for Admissions is GRANTED.

The court imposes sanctions against Defendants and their counsel, with respect to the motion re Form Interrogatories only, in the amount of $1,550.00 for Defendants’ failure to provide verified responses without substantial justification.
