TENTATIVE RULING

The Court has read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter. After full consideration of these matters, and for good cause shown, the Court makes the following findings and orders:

1. Petitioner’s Request for Temporary Spousal Support is DENIED. The parties earn approximately

the same amount of monthly income. Petitioner’s average monthly income exceeds her average monthly expenses. The Court does not find that Petitioner has need. The family income is allocated equitably to maintain the marital standard of living as close to status quo as possible pending trial.
