TENTATIVE RULING

The matter is on calendar for review of father’s visitation. The Court has read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter. After full consideration of these matters, and for good cause shown, the Court makes the following findings and orders:

1. Father’s Declaration was filed untimely. The parties were ordered to serve and file any

supplemental declarations not later than 2/20/18. Father did not file until 2/23/18. Furthermore, there is no proof of service showing that the declaration was served on Mother at all. Therefore, the Court will not consider Father’s declaration. California Rule of Court 5.94.

2. Based on the evidence submitted, the Court adopts and hereby orders Mother’s proposed

parenting plan, filed on 2/2018, covering the period from February 2018 to January 2019. Consistent with the parenting plan, the parties are advised that they may contact Family Court Services to request mediation without filing a new Request.
