REQUET FOR ORDER FOR SPOUSAL SUPPORT

TENTATIVE RULING

Petitioner works as a care taker and Respondent works as a contractor. The parties own two residential properties in San Francisco and receive rental income from the properties. It appears the parties’ have not complied with San Francisco Local Rule 11.7(A)(2)(e) and as a result the court does not have sufficient evidence to issue support orders.

Therefore, the court continues the matter and orders each party to lodge with the court and serve the following documents by March 1, 2018.

a.) The parties’ complete federal tax returns for the years 2015 and 2016, including all schedules concerning the rental income from 301 France Ave., San Francisco and 764 Andover St., San Francisco (See San Francisco Local Rule 11.7(A)(2)(e).)

The hearing on spousal support is continued to March 20, 2018 at 9a.m. in Department 404.
