TENTATIVE RULING

The matter is on calendar for a review of Father’s visitation and Mother’s request to travel. The Court did not receive any new declarations from either party. The Court was informed at the last hearing that Father is in custody. The Court makes the following findings and orders:

1. The Court maintains the 1/11/18 order granting Mother temporary sole legal and physical custody of the minor child.

2. The 7/18/17 parenting and holiday schedule is set aside.

3. The Court grants Father a reasonable right of visitation with the minor child.

4. The parties may contact Family Court Services to request a mediation without filing a new Request for Order, or either party may file a new Request for Order for custody and visitation in the future.

5. Mother’s request to travel with the child out of the state of California for vacation is GRANTED.
